  • 6:30-7:00 pm: Seating and welcome 

  • 7:00-8:30 pm: Dinner 

  • 8:30 pm: Dessert, Silent Auction bidding closes

- Includes a listing on the website and event donor card, small gift (includes the Hilltopers, the Hunting Feld and the Whippers in)

$2,501-$9,999
- Includes a listing on the website and event donor card with company logo, gift pack and 2-4 complimentary tickets (includes the Fieldmaster and the Huntsman)

$10,000
- Includes all of the above, plus a listing as a co-sponsor and name on permanent plaque in the James H. Painter House (Master of the Hunt)
